Moventis is one of the most recognised urban and interurban transport operators with the most extensive geographical coverage in southern Europe.
Public transport leaders in Catalonia, operators of the urban transport service in Pamplona and connecting Barcelona to Europe by bus, we provide group passenger mobility services to link cities from Port Bou to Cunit and from Barcelona to Paris. With a desire to serve everyone, at Moventis, we are leaders in special services for people with severely reduced mobility.
In collaboration with other partners, Moventis also operates such services as the Barcelona Tram (Trambaix and Trambesòs lines), the Barcelona City Tour sightseeing service, the Tourist Bus in Catalonia and Aerobus, the iconic service that links the city centre of Barcelona to the airport.
Moventis is also involved in the most ambitious and innovative project taking place in the Catalan transport sector: T-Mobilitat. This project aims to combine all modes of transport onto a single transport smart card.
Moventis also offers customised discretionary services to public authorities, tour operators, conferences, schools, shuttles, companies and individuals, among others.
And at Moventis, as a global mobility services provider, we are dedicated to operating public bicycle services. This became a reality in 2016, when we began to operate the public bicycle service in Helsinki. We currently also operate these services in Paris, Lima, Vantaa and Espoo with a global fleet of 29,400 bicycles and 1,950 parking stations.
At Moventis, we currently have a fleet of over 1.850 buses, 41 trams, 13 tourist trains and over 45,000 bicycles to transport the more than 150 million passengers who use our services each year, travelling over 110 million kilometres a year to do so.
